INFORMATION LETTER
The conference will cover the following scientific areas:
- Improvement of the melioration state of irrigated lands and the introduction of modern technologies for the efficient use of water resources;
- Innovative solutions for solving problems in hydraulic engineering and hydropower;
- Issues of mechanization and digitalization of agriculture and water management;
- Modern energy-saving and digital technologies in the fields of energy and automation of agriculture and water management;
- Rational use of land resources, legal protection, as well as digital technologies in the system of geodesy, cartography and cadastre;
- Sustainable economic growth in the context of climate change: problems and solutions;
- Social, pedagogical, and spiritual factors of training competitive personnel in agriculture and water management
- Modern trends in philology and language teaching.
PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTING ARTICLES
Articles will be accepted based on the sample listed below.

Submitted articles will be reviewed in a special plagiarism program, and any ethical violations will be considered seriously. Articles with a similarity level of more than 30% will be rejected.
REVIEW PROCESS
The organizing committee sends each article to an independent reviewer, the relevant expert on the topic of the article.
Each article is evaluated by an independent expert according to the following criteria:
1. Connection with the directions of the conference;
2. Scientific and technical originality, potential impact and interest for students;
3. Scientific and technical content, novelty and significance;
4. Quality of presentation, clarity of content;
5. Reviews for all authors are provided by reviewers;
6. Reviewers demonstrate familiarity with the article's topic and evaluate the article according to the criteria mentioned above. Unreviewed articles will not be published.
