Educational and practical visit to the laboratory of “Toshkent Don Mahsulotlari” JSC

On April 29, 2025 the third-year students of Group 306, specializing in “Technology of Storage and Primary Processing of Agricultural Products (by Product Type)”, undertook an educational and practical visit to the laboratory of “Toshkent Don Mahsulotlari” JSC, equipped with modern technologies. The visit was organized as part of a laboratory session for the subject “Storage Facilities for Agricultural Products.”
The main objective of the visit was to integrate theoretical knowledge with real-world production practices under the "5+1" program, and to familiarize students with advanced laboratory methods for storing and assessing the quality of grain products.
At the start of the visit, students received a comprehensive overview of the company’s operations, including its main production lines, storage systems, and laboratory infrastructure.
During the final stage of the visit, the students actively participated in laboratory work, conducting practical tasks on the topics: “Determining the True Weight of Grain” and “Identifying the Quantity of Foreign Matter in Grain.”
These hands-on sessions deepened the students' understanding of theoretical concepts from the course, introduced them to real industrial processes, and helped them develop professional skills essential for careers in the field. Students also had the opportunity to ask direct questions and receive expert insights from industry specialists.
