In order to help female students balance their emotional state, overcome negative thoughts, strengthen positive thinking, maintain calmness and focus, improve their psychophysical condition, and enhance psychological stability, on April 24–25, 2025, the psychologist of the "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, M.K. Mukhammedova, organized a training, aimed at art therapy. The training was based on one of the methods of national art therapy: skullcap sewing therapy.

Art therapy is a method used to restore a person's inner state and improve their mental well-being through traditional handicrafts. During the sewing process, a person engages their attention, patience, and carefulness, which allows for mental relaxation and self-reflection.

In today’s event, a group of 2nd-year female students from the university’s "Economics" faculty participated, along with a 4th-year student from the Tashkent University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Psychology, Pedagogy and Psychology Department  and Dilnoza Ramazonovna Narzullayeva, a laboratory assistant at the "Physics and Chemistry" department of the "TIIAME" National Research University .

Throughout the event, the participants not only created new headwear in a unique style using manual skills, but also succeeded in enhancing their inner peace, self-confidence, and creativity. Graduate D. Narzullayeva from the Tashkent University of Applied Sciences also actively participated in the event, gaining additional experience as a psychologist.
