On December 5, 2025 a mobile lecture titled “The Constitution a guarantee of a free and prosperous life” and “The fate of the unrecognized Jadids: National identity and independence ideas” was organized at the initiative of the “Humanities” Department with the participation of students of the History program at the “TIIAME” National Research University.

The lecture was conducted by Associate Professor of the “Educational and Psychological Support of Service Activities” Department of the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Philosophy (DSc) Davlatjon Mahkammatovich Mamatkulov, and Associate Professor of the same department Abdulaziz Abdurakhmonovich Koraboyev.

During the event, discussions were held on the role of the Constitution in strengthening human rights, freedom, and justice, as well as its importance in building a prosperous society. In addition, information was presented about the fate of the lesser-known Jadids—those who may not be vividly highlighted in the pages of history but dedicated their lives to the ideas of national awakening and independence, and who made great sacrifices for enlightenment, freedom, and the restoration of national identity.

The lecture emphasized that the ideas advanced by the Jadids such as enlightenment, free thought, and the understanding of national identity—are reflected today in the legal framework of the Constitution. The event played an important role in enriching students’ historical consciousness, increasing their legal culture, and deepening their understanding of the ideas of independence.
