Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Education Continues under the ERASMUS+ GDCAU Project

On December 4, the “Toshkent International House” Academic Lyceum under "TIIAME" National Research University hosted the next training seminar organized within the ERASMUS+ GDCAU project. The workshop was conducted by D. Shavqidinova, Senior Lecturer of the University’s Department of Management and Tourism, on the topic “Integrating Sustainable Development Goals into Education.”
Fifteen teachers from the academic lyceum took part in the seminar and gained valuable insights into the importance and relevance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants explored ways to incorporate SDG concepts into the learning process, enhance students’ awareness, promote resource efficiency, strengthen ecological literacy, and foster a fair and sustainable society through education.
The seminar featured lectures, discussions, and interactive activities. By the end of the event, teachers agreed to apply the newly acquired knowledge in their subjects and actively integrate SDG-oriented approaches into their teaching practices.
