On December 11, 2025  "Energy" Faculty organized a preventive event aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people, preventing drug addiction, and strengthening a culture of safety in the information space. The event was attended by Bobur Tolibjonovich Jo‘rayev, Senior Lieutenant and Preventive Inspector of Yunusobod District Police Department No. 5, as well as Senior Lieutenants Oybek Mo‘minov and Bobur Ibragimov from the Cybersecurity Department, who delivered lectures on the given topics. Professors, teachers, and students of the faculty also took part in the meeting.

During the lectures, detailed information was provided about the serious health risks posed by narcotic substances, their social and legal consequences, and the responsibilities of parents, educational institutions, and the community in protecting young people from harmful vices. Explanations were also given regarding state policies aimed at preventing drug addiction and the preventive measures being implemented.

Additionally, comprehensive information was presented about modern forms of cybercrime internet fraud, illegal acquisition of personal data, distribution of malicious software, and other offenses occurring in the digital space.

The speakers provided students with practical recommendations on following cybersecurity rules, protecting personal data, using electronic resources responsibly, and preventing violations on the internet. An open dialogue was held with participants, during which detailed answers were given to questions related to the topics.

At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached to strengthen cooperation in preventing drug addiction and combating cybercrime, and to continue systematic preventive work among young people. This event became one of the important initiatives by the Energy Faculty aimed at increasing legal awareness among youth, warning them against harmful habits, and strengthening their knowledge of digital safety.
