GDCAU Project Presented at the Erasmus+ 2025 National Information Day

During the Erasmus+ 2025 National Information Day, a dedicated session was organized to introduce the GDCAU (Green Deal for Central Asia Universities) project. At the event, the project manager of the “TIIAME” National Research University, Iqboljon Bozarov, delivered a detailed presentation on the project's objectives and key directions.
In his presentation, he highlighted effective project management strategies, shared insights on overcoming unexpected challenges, and emphasized the importance of proper reporting and accurate documentation. Participants also received useful recommendations on keeping track of deadlines and maintaining well-structured project records.
As part of the event, Iqboljon Bozarov conducted a practical masterclass on planning weekly tasks using digital tools such as Zoom, Google Calendar, and Gmail. The session provided participants with valuable skills in time management, workflow organization, and efficient remote collaboration.
