The role of the family and the neighborhood in youth upbringing

On December 12, 2025 a preventive and educational discussion was organized with at-risk youth in the “Parvoz” neighborhood of Yashnobod district. The meeting was held with the participation of neighborhood activists and Z. Khafizova. The chairperson of the Parvoz Makhalla citizens’ assembly, A. Shukurov, delivered a speech addressing issues related to youth upbringing.
During the discussion, special attention was given to organizing young people’s free time in a meaningful way, preventing offenses, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and guiding youth toward education and vocational training. In addition, the problems faced by young people were listened to, and practical recommendations were provided.
At the conclusion of the event, relevant proposals were put forward to organize such meetings on a regular basis and to actively involve youth in social life.
