1. Basic Requirements

  • - Number of participants: 150 people
  • - Duration: 3 days
  • - Location: Must be provided at or near the conference venue

2. List of services

1. Coffee break

  • - 2 times a day (morning and afternoon)
  • - For 150 participants in each
  • - Ingredients: tea/coffee, juice, water, pastries, sandwiches

2. Lunch

  • - 1 time a day
  • - for 150 participants
  • - Hot food, salad, drink and dessert

3. Dinner (only 1 day)

  • - 1 time, for 150 participants
  • - Menu of national and international dishes
  • - Provided with drinks and dessert

3. General requirements

  • - The food should be of high quality and comply with hygiene requirements.
  • - The menu should be diverse and balanced (meat, vegetable, vegetarian options).
  • - Food services must be delivered on time
  • - The menu is agreed upon in advance with the customer.
