Dormitory expenses for certain categories of students will be covered from the State budget.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated (28.01.2026. No. 32) approved the procedure for reimbursing the expenses of certain categories of students for accommodation in student dormitories (STD) of state higher educational institutions at the expense of the State budget.
This benefit can be used by children of families included in the "Social Register" who are studying full-time. Payments are made regardless of whether the student studies on a grant or contract basis.
According to the decision, students will be admitted to dormitories on a priority basis, without queuing. If there is no state dormitory, students can be accommodated in dormitories built on the basis of public-private partnership. Payments are transferred to the student's bank plastic card by the 15th of each month.
