Admissions for applicants—including research interns and candidates for basic doctoral and doctoral programs—to the National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" for the year 2027 will be conducted from September 15 to October 15 of the current year via the Unified Electronic System (daraja.ilmiy.uz (https://daraja.ilmiy.uz/)).
- within a three-day period (no later than the final application deadline), the authenticity of documents submitted by applicants—as well as national or equivalent international certificates attesting to the required level of foreign language proficiency—is verified;
- the acceptance of documents from applicants and the admission process are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on Postgraduate Education;
- for research intern, basic doctoral, and doctoral program applicants, entrance exams or interviews are conducted via video monitoring (live online streaming);
- admission of applicants to specialties falling under priority areas for scientific personnel training is based on a presentation of their research work, in lieu of an entrance exam;
- the current year's admission process for research intern, basic doctoral, and doctoral programs based on entrance exam and interview results
The relevant order is to be issued and posted in the Unified Electronic System no later than December 5, within a timeframe not exceeding 5 days;
- For doctoral candidates admitted to the standard doctoral program for the 2027 intake, classes are organized during the first academic year in subjects such as specialized disciplines relevant to the field, research methodology and academic writing, and statistics and data analysis;
- the academic supervisor is required to possess relevant research experience in the scientific field corresponding to the specialization and research area of the trainee researcher, doctoral candidate, or independent researcher;
