"Law" specilaty students participated in "Senator and Youth" Meeting

Students of "Law" study program of "Ecology and Law" faculty of the university visited the Senate of the Oliy Majlis (Supreme Assembly). On the same day, the Senate's Committee on Youth, Women, Culture, and Sports organized a "Senator and Youth" meeting. During the meeting, students were given detailed information about the activities of the Senate, the Youth Parliament under the Senate, recent legislative updates, the attention given to youth in our country, the opportunities being created, and their outcomes. Additionally, during the conversation with youth, there was an exchange of views regarding the draft of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the implementation of the “Environmental Protection and 'Green Economy' Year” in the framework of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy. Active young people put forward a number of important initiatives and proposals related to the project. After the meeting, the students had the opportunity to explore the activities and building of the Senate.
