“Zakovat” Quiz: “The life and activities of Babur ”

On 12 February, 2026, at the Faculty of Land Resources and Cadastre, an intellectual quiz game “Zakovat” titled “The Life and Activities of Babur through the Eyes of Scholars” was organized on the initiative of the female professors of the Department of Soil Science and Farming, in honor of the 543rd anniversary of the birth of the statesman and great commander Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur. The event involved foreign female students as participants.
The quiz was attended by Deputy Dean S. Hikmatullaev, Assoc. Prof. O. Roziqulova, D. Murodova, M. Turgunova, N. Botirova, and the participating students.
During the competition, participants answered interesting questions about Babur’s life and works, his famous book “Baburnama”, and his activities as a statesman and great commander. The intellectual contest was conducted in a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere, allowing the students to demonstrate their knowledge and analytical thinking.
Results:
1st Place – Mokhloroyim – 60 points
2nd Place – Mokhimbegim – 55 points
3rd Place – Pokiza Sulton – 40 points
4th Place – Gulbadan Begim – 20 points
During the event, the importance of Babur’s legacy, and his contribution to world culture and literature, were specially highlighted. The winning teams were awarded diplomas and commemorative gifts.
This intellectual game helped participants deepen their respect and interest in our historical heritage.
