For implementing the tasks outlined in the Resolution PD-42 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2021, “On Measures to Fundamentally Improve the System of Training Engineering Personnel for Economic Sectors Based on Innovation and Digitalization,” and its roadmap, a “3D Design (SolidWorks)” course was established under "General Technical Sciences" Department of  “Mechanization of Agriculture” Faculty. This initiative was organized for a group of talented students from the “Water Management and Land Reclamation Mechanization” program of the “Hydromelioration” Faculty, on the initiative of the Department of “Mechanization of Hydromeliorative Works” and in accordance with the university rector’s order No. 1513/t, dated December 22, 2025.

On March 11, 2026 a certificate awarding ceremony was held for students who successfully completed the course. The event was attended by J. Ishchanov, Dean of the “Hydromelioration” faculty, professors and instructors of the Department of “Mechanization of Hydromeliorative Works,” I. Avazov, head of the “3D Design (SolidWorks)” course, and talented students of the “Water Management and Land Reclamation Mechanization” program. Certificates were awarded to the students by the university rector.

During the event, Dean J. Ishchanov highlighted the importance of mastering 3D design software for graduates’ future careers and emphasized the rapidly increasing demand for these skills in the field of mechanical engineering. He then presented the certificates to the students.

Each course graduate also introduced their own 3D designs of machines, construction machinery components, and assemblies. These projects, completed within the framework of their graduation qualification work, marked a new era in the practical application of design software during the educational process.

Professor R. Ergashev congratulated the talented students on their achievements and encouraged them to further refine their projects and continue their studies at the master’s and doctoral levels.

The event left a warm and positive impression on all participants, particularly the talented students.
