“Treasure of thoughts” -knowledge and thinking competition

On March 12, 2026, at the "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, an intellectual quiz titled “Treasure of thoughts” was held in honor of the 85th anniversary of the birth of Uzbekistan’s national poet Abdulla Oripov. The event was organized by the initiative of students from the Faculty of Energy, under the team name “EDISON CREW.”
The quiz brought together the most active, knowledgeable, and creative students from various university faculties, who tested their knowledge, logical reasoning, and quick thinking. The intellectual competition was officially opened by Ismoil Nematovich Bukhorov, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs of the Faculty of Energy, who wished success and good fortune to all participating teams.
During the intense and competitive event, participants answered questions in literature, history, logic, and various other knowledge areas, demonstrating their intellectual potential. The competition helped students further develop teamwork skills, rapid thinking, and intellectual abilities.
According to the final results, the most active teams were recognized, with the first, second, and third-place winners receiving diplomas and commemorative gifts.
Events like this play an important role in fostering young people’s interest in knowledge, encouraging reading, independent thinking, and broadening their worldview.
