On 28 July, 2026 a Career Day was organized at the "Chapqirgoq Amudaryo" Irrigation System Basin Administration (ISBA) in Urgench and its affiliated organizations for graduates of "TIIAME" National Research University and students participating in dual education programs.

During the event, university graduates met directly with employers, providing them with an opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed information about employment opportunities. Graduates of both master's and bachelor's degree programs submitted their applications to the organizations of their choice.

Representatives from the human resources departments and experienced specialists from industry organizations explained the current expectations and professional requirements for today's workforce. This provided valuable guidance for students engaged in dual education, helping them better understand which academic subjects and practical skills they should prioritize during their studies.

The event served as an important milestone for future professionals, enabling them to begin planning their career paths, identify reliable internship opportunities, further develop their knowledge and practical competencies, and establish clear goals for their future education and research activities.

Such initiatives, which strengthen the connection between education and industry, enhance young professionals' confidence in their future, inspire them to continuously improve their professional skills, and motivate them to achieve new milestones in their careers.
