Theatre -a mirror of the human soul

The faculty members of the Department of Professional Education at the Faculty of Hydromelioration attended the theatrical performance “O‘zgalar Dardi” (“The Pain of Others”).
During a meeting with representatives of the culture and arts sector on June 1, 2026, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized the importance of strengthening the national spirit in society. He particularly noted the need for literature that inspires the people, cinema that instills pride and confidence in young people, music that touches the heart, and theatre that encourages people to better understand themselves.
In this regard, on September 14 of this year, the faculty members of the Department of Professional Education at the Faculty of Hydromelioration attended the theatrical performance “O‘zgalar Dardi” (“The Pain of Others”).
During the performance, the department’s faculty members enjoyed the beauty of theatrical art and gained deep impressions from the themes of humanity, compassion, kindness, and sharing in the hardships of others.
Theatre is a unique form of cultural expression that enriches people’s spiritual outlook and cultivates human values. Through stage performances, feelings of compassion, empathy, and kindness are awakened in the human heart, while each spectator is encouraged to draw meaningful and instructive conclusions for themselves. Therefore, attending the theatre not only provides aesthetic enjoyment but also serves as an important means of spiritual development.
The performance “O‘zgalar Dardi” reminded the audience of the importance of compassion and caring for one another. Such theatrical works play an invaluable role in developing a sense of humanity and empathy. Through theatre, people gain a deeper understanding of life’s values, learn to share in the difficulties of others, and develop spiritually.
This visit also contributed to strengthening unity and collegiality among the department’s faculty members, while enhancing their artistic and aesthetic appreciation.
